A: After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation. The production sample will be confirmed again, and then mass production will proceed.

 

Q: How can I get samples? Are they charged? How long will it take for samples to be shipped?

Stock samples are free; samples produced according to your requirements are charged. The sample fee will be refunded based on the order amount.

Samples will be shipped within 7 days.

A: It is usually delivered within 10 to 15 working days after payment and document confirmation. If your order is urgent, we will adjust the schedule appropriately and continue to follow up on the production process for you.

A: The general order quantity for a product is 500 pieces. The larger the quantity, the cheaper the unit price will be.

 

Q: If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?
A: Yes, we offer FOB/CIF pricing normally. Shipping costs, along with local destination fees and customs clearance fees, will be charged on your side.
