A: Usually, the customize sample production will takes about 5-7 workdays after we get confirmation from clients.
The mass production will take about 12-15 working days,
if quantity is larger will need more production time.
4. Q: Can we have a sample before bulk order?
A: Yes of course you can order a sample before bulk order, if just need a exist sample to confirm the quality which
is free, if need to customize a sample box with your request, there will be some extra sample mould cost.
5. Q: How to start the production?
A: Send us artwork in AI, PDF or PSD file, we will make the final production artworks and send all box details for
you confirming, After client's confirmation, we will start the mass production.
