Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer and have been in this industry for more than 13 years.
Q: How can I get a sample? How long will it take?
A: For a customized sample, we'll check if it's printable after receiving your file. You are expected to pay both the sample cost and the freight. It will take 2-5 days to make the sample, and then 2-3 days or so to deliver it via express courier like FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Q: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, we have a professional team with rich experience in paper box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea, and we will help turn it into the perfect box.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Usually by T/T in advance. At least 30% of the total amount is paid in advance as a down payment before mass production, and the rest should be paid before shipment or against a copy of the B/L.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargo?
A: It normally takes 7-10 days, 10-15 days during peak season, and mostly depends on the quantities. Cargo will be packed in standard cartons and stacked on pallets, or according to your requirements. Shrink wrapping is available upon request. The cargo will then be delivered via sea or air.
Q: What will you do for quality control?
A: During manufacturing and before shipping, the items will be strictly inspected by our QC team and well packed. If the items are damaged upon arrival or if you are not satisfied with them, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issues are caused by us, we will accept returns and arrange for replacements or refunds.
