Print:
1. Please remove the outer packing material of synthetic paper before printing.
2. Synthetic paper printing speed can reach more than 8000 sheets per hour.
3. Note that the electrostatic eliminator function of Feida and Paper Receiving must be used normally.
4. General paper lithographic printing ink can be used instead of synthetic paper special ink.
5. PS plate is enough.
6. Use of wet water:
It is better to use 13% ± 2% alcohol to wet the system, or add other volatile additives into the wet water.
Because PP synthetic paper does not absorb water, the water content on the layout can be reduced as much as possible.
It is suggested that the PH value of the wet water should be maintained at about 5.5~6.0 and the temperature should be maintained at about 9~15 ℃.
