Film mulching
The advantages of film covering are waterproof, storage resistant and beautiful. Film covering adhesive refers to a kind of glue that combines bopp film on paper. At present, there are two ways to touch printed packaging materials in China, one is water-based film covering and the other is oily film covering. Currently, water-based film covering is mainly used. Based on the concept of environmental protection, water-based film covering has a slightly worse effect than oily film covering.
There are also two types of packaging printing film covering materials:
1. Light film (bright film), the bright film itself is relatively bright, and the surface of the color box packaging box is shiny after being coated with the bright film.
2. Dummy film, which is a foggy surface; Matte matte surface after coating.
gilding
At present, the hot stamping method of color box packaging box is anodized hot stamping foil. The method of heating and pressurizing is mainly used to transfer the text of the copybox to the surface of the printed packaging paper to be hot stamped. The colors of gold, silver, green, blue, laser, etc. are called hot stamping.
The characteristics of gilding are clear and beautiful patterns, bright colors, wear resistance, etc. In the printing of cigarette packs, the application of gilding technology accounts for more than 85%, and commercial packaging production is also widely used. It can be used to make the finishing point, highlight the theme, and show respect, especially for trademarks, logos, enterprise names and other places that need special prominence.
Hit bump
Bumping is an important process in the post printing process of packaging, which is an imprinting method without printing ink. When pressing concave and convex, a set of concave and convex templates corresponding to the yin and yang of the image and text are used, the substrate is placed between them, and the embossed concave and convex images and text are pressed by applying greater pressure. This method is mostly used for post press processing of printed matter and color box packaging, such as the decoration of packaging boxes, trademarks, cigarette packets, New Year cards, bottle labels, etc., so as to obtain a vivid and beautiful three-dimensional sense. Proper use of embossing process can increase the sense of hierarchy of printing patterns, and play a finishing role in packaging products. This process has the lowest cost in post press surface treatment.
UV frosting
UV sanding is a post press process that uses ultraviolet light to dry and solidify ink. UV ink containing photosensitizer needs to be matched with UV curing lamp. UV process transfers patterns and characters to the surface of UV printed packaging paper to make it bright and special, especially for local printing parts such as trade mark, logo, and enterprise name.
