Manufacturing process of the sky and earth cover box (upper and lower cover boxes):
The difference between the manufacture of the heaven and earth cover box and the book box is that the panel of the bag box is divided into the front, top, back and bottom of the box by the V-slot, and the panel wraps the enclosure to form the box, so it is called the bag box.
However, the upper cover and lower bottom of the world cover box are separated (except for the integrated upper and lower covers), and there are some differences in the manufacturing methods: 1. The upper and lower cover boxes of the density board materials need to be respectively fixed and dried with white latex. (The upper and lower cover boxes of gray cardboard materials can be opened with "well" V-groove, and fixed directly with adhesive tape after removing the four corners) 2. Mount the processed face paper on the upper cover and lower bottom. 3. The assembly is completed after the upper cover is buckled with the lower bottom (the upper and lower covers of the integrated upper and lower cover box need to be formed after connecting the upper and lower covers with the connecting plate). 4. Manufacturing process of special-shaped boxes: special-shaped boxes should be determined according to the specific boxes. Most special-shaped boxes are the extension of heaven and earth cover boxes and bag boxes, and the manufacturing process is much the same.
